3,946,417,029 beverages cans and bottles have been landfilled, littered, and incinerated in the United States so far this year! These containers can be recycled and reused, saving resources and lessening the impact on our environment. Students will learn about recycling efforts and the importance of recycling. Students will learn about the origins of many of the products they use and discard on a daily basis, fostering a greater appreciation for and commitment to recycling.
