Students will explore different types of poetry in each session, and write poems together with Kenn. Students will then have the opportunity to practice the new writing challenge on their own in the classroom. Karen Clark will read entertaining and educational Dr. Seuss stories to students, and then discuss the lessons we can all learn from the characters. Each session will be accompanied with lessons and activities that encourage students to elaborate on the featured theme of the story read. |
